What should you do to promote equality and prevent discrimination in your company and fulfil the reporting duties for diversity and inclusiveness (D&I) efforts?

In order to succeed with D&I and meet the legal requirements, you need to understand and systematize the required work. We offer a customized plan to suit the needs of your company.

5 tips on how to succeed with D&I reporting obligation:

  1. Evaluate your company’s practices and be open to finding unknown risk areas for discrimination in the company structure
  2. Make a plan for each HR area that the law requires you work with systematically
  3. Appoint individuals to be responsible for initiating and following up on measures
  4. Put equality and diversity on the agenda – increase the knowledge!
  5. Include employee representatives in the work

D&I Workshop:

We conduct workshops with relevant people from your company, such as board members, managers and people from HR. The objective is either to get started with the activity and reporting work or to further develop your on-going work.

The workshop can contain elements such as:

  • Inspiring and informative lectures from our experienced and qualified lawyers
  • Good introduction into the legal requirements and the obligations
  • Relevant examples of challenges and measures for your company and industry
  • Break-out sessions in groups where you start identifying risks and measures
  • Report from group work
  • Conversations and advice concerning further work

We can help you and your company become better equipped to identify and monitor risk areas. By evaluating your company’s structure, we can help you fulfil the legal requirement for systematic work and reporting on equality and diversity. Our consultants are here for you if you want to discuss measures that can be implemented in your company.
