As the Oceania LGBTQI Unity Network Leader, Gina drives EY's commitment to create a culture of inclusion and belonging, where LGBTQ people can bring their whole selves to work.
She also drives the execution of EY's global NextWave strategy across our Asia-Pacific Financial Services Organisation, which aims to deliver long term value to EY's clients, people and communities.
In her prior roles in tax, innovation, operations, managed services, transformation and talent, Gina has a broad range of client facing and internal enablement experience gained in global, Asia-Pacific, United Kingdom and New Zealand settings.
Gina holds a Master of Arts in Modern Languages from the University of St Andrews, Scotland. She is a member of the Institute of Directors in New Zealand, as well as a fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales.
