Clémence McNulty

EY Africa Climate Change & Sustainability Services Leader

Collaborative leader focused on working with organisations to develop integrated corporate sustainability, climate change and stakeholder engagement strategies. Systems thinker. Proud mum of two.

Current role and career

Clémence is the EY Sustainability and Climate Change Africa Leader supporting clients to navigate the dynamic sustainability, ESG (environmental/ social/ governance) and climate change landscape.

She is experienced across a wide range of sectors, and adept at planning for regulatory, stakeholder and technical driven changes to business models  to improve shared value creation and optimise ESG performance.

Clémence leverages a multi-disciplinary approach to problem solving, especially to address interlinked ESG challenges, and to drive change.

From France originally, she has lived in South Africa for over a decade and love the energy of its people. She previously coordinated Sustainability and Climate Change services in Africa for a dedicated sustainability consultancy, and started her career as a Strategy consultant.

She holds an Msc Environmental Change Management from Oxford University and a Bsc (Honors) Business Administration from the University of Bath.
