Heather leads Strategy for EY-Parthenon across Africa.
Heather has over 20 years’ experience in delivering strategy and operating model design, leading complex multi-country, multi-process transformation projects, across various industries, creating and setting up shared service centers, launching new service offerings and driving innovation.
Prior to joining EY, she was supporting a British Royal Family sponsored start-up, the Sustainable Markets Initiative, with their incorporation, organisational design, operations, and their impact reporting against the Terra Carta. She continues to be a strategic advisor for them.
Heather is a Member of the Chartered Institute of Purchasing & Supply, has trained over 250 people in negotiation skills and is a qualified professional and business coach.
