Joe is Partner and Africa Advisory Leader for Government and Public Sector.
In this role, he works with governments, development finance institutions and stakeholders on key developmental initiatives that include Public Financial Management, Digital Transformation, Digital Identity, Private and Public Partnerships, Policy Development, Education, and Health.
A seasoned public sector consultant with experience in central, East and West Africa, Joe was previously Country Leader for Zimbabwe & Regional Managing Partner for Central Africa.
How Joe is building a better working world
Joe believes in co-developing practical but effective solutions for Africa. He works with Governments and Developmental Institutions in finding sustainable solutions. To this end, he has supported the East & Southern Africa Association of Accountant Generals. In addition, in association with MEFMI, Joe has helped shape the agenda and content of the Ministers of Finance and Central Governors & Permanent Secretaries annual forum.
