Nick leads the ServiceNow and Payments practice for EY Africa. In this role, he applies his more-than 25 years of experience in research, transformation and implementation to help organisations to realise their digital aspirations. His highly effective, cross-skilled teams implement ServiceNow platform solutions with in-depth domain knowledge. In his Payments practice, Nick and his team assist financial institutions to design, implement and manage their payments infrastructure including Crypto-currency and other blockchain solutions.
Nick studied an MBA through Oxford Brooks University in 2006, and has authored a number of publications in enterprise transformation and diverse product portfolio management.

Nick believes that his purpose is to help individuals reach their full potential, whether these people are his clients, colleagues, or family. He counts technology and servant leadership among the ‘tools’ that he uses to fulfil his purpose.
