Sharon is a founding member of the EY FinTech team at EY and the lead author of the EY Global FinTech Adoption Index 2019. In 2018, she became an inaugural member of Money2020 Rise Up.
Focusing on FinTech and Wealthtech, Sharon advises startups as they grow and scale and supports incumbent firms as they invest, acquire and partner with startups. She drives the global and regional FinTech EY strategy, and collaborates across the financial services ecosystem on FinTech research and policy development.
How Sharon is building a better working world
“My job is to keep a finger on the pulse of innovation, technology, and disruption within financial services. This means I spend my days talking to the innovators, entrepreneurs, and thought leaders on how they are building better products and addressing real industry problems, and my evenings reflecting on how the EY organization and clients, large and small, can be at the forefront to drive the evolution of financial services.“
