Jean-Michel Pailles is EY EMEIA FSO Strategy and Transactions Leader (SaT). Focussed on Financial Services companies his team, comprising of transaction professionals operating across continents and countries, advises Financial Services companies on transformational deals from strategy through to execution.
Prior to this role Jean-Michel led the French FSO Strategy and Transaction (SaT) team, providing growth services and results.
For more than 20 years he has advised asset management and banking clients across the globe on many situations including valuation and transaction. His deep knowledge spans providing due diligence advice to both sell and buy side.
Jean-Michel graduated with a master’s degree in General Finance from Paris Dauphine University.
