Juan is a Partner/Principal in the People Advisory Services practice of Ernst & Young LLP and serves as the practice leader for the Aerospace & Defense, Professional Services, Chemicals and Manufacturing sectors in the US East region.

In addition to his over 30 years of experience as a management consultant and Human Resources executive, Juan is a frequent speaker and author on strategy and talent-related topics. He is a co-author of Shockproof — How to Hardwire Your Business for Lasting Success (John Wiley & Sons, 2010) and The Talent Management Handbook, Third Edition (McGraw Hill, 2018), and his articles have appeared in publications including CFO magazine, Talent Quarterly and WorldatWork’s work-span.

He earned an MA in Organizational Psychology from Columbia University and a BS in Industrial and Labor Relations from Cornell University.
