What is HR and Tech Transformation?

The HR Tech and Transformation team helps organisations improve how they manage people and payroll by aligning HR strategies with business goals and future workforce needs.

We support clients in these key areas:

HR and payroll advisory

We help clients understand where they are now and where they want to be. This includes:

  • Reviewing current HR and payroll processes
  • Designing future operating models and service delivery approaches
  • Building HR and payroll strategies and business cases
  • Advising on compliance and audits
  • Helping choose the right technology and vendors

HR and payroll transformations

We guide clients through the full transformation journey, including:

  • Designing better processes and employee experiences
  • Implementing HR technology (from planning to deployment)
  • Managing data and testing systems
  • Supporting change through training and enablement

Managed services

We also offer ongoing support through:

  • HR and payroll system management
  • Application support
  • Outsourced HR and payroll services

Your career journey in HR and Tech Transformation

As a graduate, you’ll be part of our 12-month graduate development program that has been developed for graduates in all service lines, and is focused on connection, learning and celebration.

The program will provide you with the opportunity to network with your peers from other service lines and geographies. Running in parallel to your technical learning, you will develop leadership skills to become a successful graduate, and as you grow as a transformative leader.

As a HR and Tech Transformation graduate, you’ll:-

  • Participate in tailored onboarding and training sessions to help you build core consulting skills and understand our services
  • Have access to a dedicated counsellor who’ll guide and support your career development
  • Gain hands-on project experience

As a vacationer, after our company induction, you’ll start developing an understanding of how our HR and Tech Transformation teams work and will be ready to work alongside teams on real client projects. You’ll meet other new vacationers from your office.

Your buddy and your counsellor will help you learn your way around the organisation, set your goals and plan your development while you’re here. You'll be well looked after with ongoing learning throughout the Vacationer Program with sessions facilitated by our Learning and Development team, Campus Recruitment team and service line specific training.
