What is Process and Controls?

Our Process and Controls team help leading organisations improve how they operate by identifying risks and strengthening internal controls. We work with clients across industries including government, health, transport, and corporate sectors to understand their business processes and assess whether they are working effectively and efficiently.

Our work involves reviewing how things are done, testing whether controls are working as intended, and recommending practical improvements. We help clients reduce risk, improve compliance, and make better decisions. This means you’ll gain exposure to a wide range of business functions - from finance and operations to technology and governance.

As part of our team, you’ll learn how businesses really work, develop a strong understanding of risk and control, and contribute to meaningful change.
