Our ServiceNow team helps organisations transform how they work by implementing and enhancing the ServiceNow platform - a powerful tool that streamlines and automates business processes. We work with clients across a wide range of industries to improve how they deliver IT services, manage human resources, support customers, and run day-to-day operations.

As trusted advisors, our consultants combine technical know-how with business insight to design smart solutions, configure the platform, and guide clients through their digital transformation journey - helping them work more efficiently and effectively.

What could you be doing?

  • Learn the ServiceNow platform through hands-on training and real-world projects
  • Meet with clients to understand their business needs and challenges
  • Support business development and pre-sales activities
  • Build workflows, forms, and apps within the ServiceNow platform
  • Test solutions to ensure they meet client expectations
  • Create user guides and training materials
  • Join project meetings and contributing your ideas
  • Work alongside experienced consultants to improve client systems
  • Help clients transition to new digital ways of working
  • Analyse data and creating reports to support decision-making
  • Attend client workshops to learn about different industries and business models

Your career journey in ServiceNow

As a graduate, you’ll be part of our 12-month graduate development program that has been developed for graduates in all service lines, and is focused on connection, learning and celebration.

The program will provide you with the opportunity to network with your peers from other service lines and geographies. Running in parallel to your technical learning, you will develop leadership skills to become a successful graduate, and as you grow as a transformative leader.

As a ServiceNow graduate, you’ll:-

  • Participate in our induction program and ServiceNow fundamentals course
  • Gain your Certified System Administrator qualification
  • Have access to online learning platforms
  • Participate in ServiceNow community events and conferences
  • Have a dedicated mentor to support your growth
  • Attend regular knowledge-sharing sessions on tech trends and project insights
  • Gain exposure to a wide range of industries and clients
  • Have opportunities to contribute to innovation initiatives within the team

As a vacationer, after our company induction, you’ll start developing an understanding of how our ServiceNow teams work and will be ready to work alongside teams on real client projects. You’ll meet other new vacationers from your office.

Your buddy and your counsellor will help you learn your way around the organisation, set your goals and plan your development while you’re here. You'll be well looked after with ongoing learning throughout the Vacationer Program with sessions facilitated by our Learning and Development team, Campus Recruitment team and service line specific training.
