During your co-operative year, you'll work with our clients, access our learning resources and gain experience similar to that of a first-year graduate. Our co-operative program allows you to work with us for between nine and twelve months before beginning your final year at university. You’ll graduate a step ahead of your peers, and we might offer you a full time job – potentially at a more senior level than other graduates.

EY’s Real Estate Advisory Project Management (REAPM) team is a well-established real estate practice with a team of 40+ real estate and project management professionals in Melbourne and 100+ team members Australia wide. EY’s REAPM team is part of a global network or diverse and talented consulting professionals. Working as part of this strong and dynamic team will allow you to experience an entrepreneurial culture that will recognise, reward and develop your unique talents to support you to become the real estate professional you want to be.

Our Real Estate Advisory Project Management team has been providing strategic real estate advice and valuation services to our clients for over 25 years; working as part of the team will provide you with broad exposure to the following areas:

• Real Estate Valuations — Valuation experience across a range of property asset classes including office, retail, residential, development projects, Build-to-Rent, healthcare and aged care.
• Real Estate Transactions — Managing transaction processes for both sales and leasing relating to acquisition and divestment of real estate assets and businesses for both private and government clients.
• Real Estate Advisory — Various advisory engagements for both private and government clients, including undertaking project feasibility, property economics and planning, including precinct planning, highest and best use analysis, due diligence, procuring development strategies and advising on emerging markets and sectors such as Built-to-Rent.
• Project Management — The ability to manage and deliver projects Australia wide, with Project Management teams in Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane and Perth through, Project Brief Preparation, Construction Buildability, Project Planning & Programming, Contractor & Consultant, Procurement, Statutory Authority Approvals, Design Management, Superintendent Services, Dispute Management, Expert Witness Services, Urban Renewal and Value Creation and Capture
