What is Workforce Advisory?

The Workforce Advisory team helps organisations manage major changes in how they work. When businesses upgrade technology or introduce new systems, employees often need support to adapt.

We focus on making change easier by prioritising people. Using insights from our Humans@Centre research, we design strategies that eliminate barriers and improve the employee experience. From planning and communication to training and adoption, we guide organisations through every stage of transformation.

By combining creativity, technology expertise, and a deep understanding of people, we help businesses stay agile, inclusive, and ready for the future.
