From ad-hoc to continuous Network Design Optimization

The ambition of this roundtable is to bring together Executives with exposure to Supply chain Network Design. A stand-up lunch is scheduled by EY whilst introducing the context and its participants. A return of experience of a Network Design project shall be shared by a customer to his peers. EY shall only act as a facilitator by triggering the audience with questions.

What if you could deliver to your customers’ needs whilst reducing cost and meeting sustainability targets?

Companies are facing more pressure than ever to deliver goods to their customers anytime, anywhere thereby increasing the need for effective supply chain management. Many of today‘s supply chains, however, suffer from disparate and inefficient fulfilment processes in terms of performance, risk and cost. Logistics executives are faced with finding the right balance between these conflicting objectives (performance and costs) in a challenging environment with more pressure on sustainability.

EY‘s Logistics and Fulfilment solution helps you to address these traditional logistics challenges of efficiency, cost, accuracy and speed to market in an environment of ever-increasing complexity around delivery points and shortening lead times. Our team can assist you in setting up a fit-for-purpose logistics operating model that is supported by effective processes through adopting the latest technologies and innovations.

Supply Chain Round tables

To facilitate and to foster a cross-company and cross-industry fellowship in which supply chain professionals can interact with and learn from each other how peer companies seize the opportunities the current environment is providing, we are hosting multiple Supply Chain Round tables per year.
