EY Belgium strengthens its SAP expertise by acquisition of Krios Solutions

  • By this acquisition, EY strengthens its position in the booming market for SAP services and expands its expertise in the area of digital transformation.

EY Belgium announced on October 22 2018 the acquisition of Krios Solutions, a Belgian company specializing in SAP advice and implementation. The 25 professionals from Krios Solutions will join EY Advisory’s SAP practice, thus gaining opportunities for continued international growth within the EY organization.

Krios Solutions, with its headquarters in Grimbergen, is a consultancy company specializing in SAP advice and implementation for the automation and optimization of financial processes. Under the leadership of founders Johan Lenders and Nathalie Gea Recio – who will respectively become a partner and director at EY – Krios Solutions has built up a strong, customer-oriented track record over the years, with a high level of expertise in all sectors. This new acquisition by EY underlines the strategy and ambition of targeted investment in specific niche areas that have immediate added value for the client.
