Jay is a seasoned valuation and transaction advisor with 30 years of valuation experience and 35 years of professional experience.
He has worked with clients across the Americas and globally, helping them navigate complex challenges and capitalize on new opportunities. He has extensive experience in addressing client valuation needs for matters such as transactions, financings, reorganizations, financial reporting, tax and dispute resolution.
He has provided evidence as an expert witness in litigation and tax matters and has been appointed an arbitrator in various financial and commercial disputes.
Jay holds the Chartered Business Valuator and chartered accountant designations in Canada and the certified accountant designation in the United Kingdom.
He is a past member of the Board of Directors of the Canadian Institute of Chartered Business Valuators.
