Laney Doyle

Laney is our Canadian Professional Practice Director and the Capital Markets Director for Canada.
With over two decades of experience on initial public offerings and other securities transactions in Canada and the US, Laney consults with audit engagement teams on accounting, auditing and securities regulatory matters.
She is also a member of EY’s Global Financial Instruments Working Group and Business Combinations Working Group, and acts as the Engagement Quality Review partner on EY clients in a wide range of industries.
Laney holds a BA with Honours from Simon Fraser University and an MBA from the University of Ottawa. She is a CA, CPA and a licensed public accountant.
