Paul is a Partner in People Advisory Services and leads EY Canada’s HR Transformation and Technology practice. Paul’s team of ambitious professionals helps organizations transform their HR and payroll service delivery by putting Humans@Centre using digital solutions.

Successful transformations require deep knowledge in service delivery design and process transformation, coupled with innovative and creative human capital management and workforce management technology solutions.

With more than 25 years of experience leading engagements from strategy and planning through delivery and execution, Paul brings his passion for helping organizations deliver successful transformations to every engagement.

Paul earned a Bachelor of Arts in Statistics and Psychology from Mount Allison University. He also completed the Stanford Certified Program Manager certificate and the Harvard Leadership Program at Harvard Business School.
