How Tom is building a better working world

“By fostering a spirit of continuous innovation in our people – encouraging them to be curious, to ask better questions – I strive to enable our teams to execute our services differently. That leads to higher quality audits, better insights and – ultimately – greater confidence in the capital markets.  I believe building a better working world is also about supporting the communities where we live and work – and using our knowledge and expertise to give back. I try to do that in Toronto by acting as the Co-Chair of the Sinai Health System Audit and Risk Management Committee, and as a board member.”
