Application overview

• The nominee must be the founder and/or CEO of a private or public company and must be responsible for the day-to-day operations.
• Co-founders (up to three maximum) are eligible.
• Non-founding entrepreneurs are also eligible if they manage the business and assume the associated risks.
• The nominee must have exercised the current leadership role for at least two years by the application deadline.
• The nominee must hold significant shares in the company.
• An entrepreneur can apply to the program up to a maximum of three times.

• The nominee’s company must be at least two years old by the application deadline¹.
• The headquarters of the nominee’s company must be located in Switzerland.
• The nominee’s company must generate a significant proportion of its value in Switzerland.
• The nominee’s company must have generated revenue of at least CHF 10 million in the past fiscal year².
• A company qualifies as a Family Business only if three or more generations of family members have been actively involved in running the business while holding key leadership positions.
