The program’s credibility stems from the jury’s independence and EY’s non-involvement in the decisions. The jury reviews nominees’ documents free of charge and independently of EY and sponsors and makes its decisions applying globally defined criteria. The jury also visits selected nominees and their businesses. The independent panel of judges consists of EY Entrepreneur Of The Year Alumni, entrepreneurs, academics and business community influencers, thus making it a competition that is genuinely by entrepreneurs for entrepreneurs.
