Theme 2025: Rethinking Sports Federations’ Business Models
This year, our discussions will focus on how sports federations can diversify and maximize their revenue streams by exploring innovative business models and commercial strategies implemented by other sports organizations, both within and beyond the Olympic Movement as well as major events organizers.
The aim is to encourage federations to look beyond established funding sources – such as Olympic contributions, membership fees, or traditional sponsorship revenues – and to consider alternative avenues for long-term financial sustainability and growth.
We are honored to welcome a distinguished panel of experts who bring perspectives from both inside and outside the Olympic sports mode.
This unique line-up will bridge experiences from international federations, motorsport, major event organizers, and the wider sports industry. Additional speakers may also be considered to further enrich the panel.
As in previous editions, this event will provide a unique opportunity for federations to exchange with peers, industry experts, and stakeholders in an informal and collaborative setting.
This year, in alignment with our commitment to the community, we kindly request attendees to make a symbolic contribution of CHF 50. The proceeds will be allocated to the Fondation “Fonds du sport vaudois” dedicated to funding amateur and popular sports in the Canton of Vaud.
