This special event will bring together this year’s nominees as well as alumni and friends of the Scale-up Leaders community for an evening of strategic networking, exchanging groundbreaking ideas and celebrating entrepreneurial excellence in a unique and impactful setting.

The event will be held at Glasi Hergiswil and hosted by the company’s owner and CEO Leandro Niederer, a 2025 award finalist.

Glasi Hergiswil is a distinguished enterprise that proudly embodies time-honored tradition, masterful craftsmanship and cutting-edge innovation. Founded in 1817 and skillfully combining a rich industrial heritage with contemporary design and inspired creativity, it remains the only glass factory operating in Switzerland today.

The summer party program includes a fascinating immersive tour of the museum and an exciting live glass blowing experience, which will be followed by an Apéro riche and lucrative networking opportunities overlooking the picturesque Lake Lucerne.
