To mark the second anniversary of the entry into force of FINMA Circular 2023/1, EY is hosting a breakfast session followed by a presentation of our key observations and practical experiences related to the implementation of the Circular. The event will bring together risk, operational resilience, technology and cybersecurity leaders from across the Swiss financial sector.
The session will combine a market-wide perspective, insights gained from audits and reviews conducted in 2024 and 2025, and focused discussions on the key topics most frequently addressed with financial institutions.
Beyond reflecting on the progress achieved so far, we will also look ahead, exploring areas of focus for upcoming supervisory reviews, emerging regulatory expectations, and the potential impact of technological developments, particularly Artificial Intelligence (AI), on governance and risk management frameworks.
We would be delighted to welcome you to this unique opportunity for peer exchange over breakfast, in a setting designed to foster the sharing of experiences and discussion of emerging industry challenges and opportunities.
