Registration opens for EY Entrepreneur Of The Year 2026 in Switzerland

  • Register between February 4 and March 27, 2026
  • Independent panel of judges selects the award winners in the three categories “Scale-up Leaders”, “Visionary Entrepreneurs” and “Entrepreneurs in Family Business”

Zurich, 9 February 2026 – With its Entrepreneur Of The Year 2026 award, EY is once again looking for innovative and committed business personalities from all over Switzerland. The award is part of a year-round program that offers exchange, networking and increased visibility within a strong entrepreneurial network. This is the 29th year that the auditing and consulting firm has run the program in Switzerland.

The registration phase started on February 4 and runs until March 27, 2026. Three categories are available to enter for those interested: “Scale-up Leaders”, “Visionary Entrepreneurs” and “Entrepreneurs in Family Business”. The prerequisite is that both the entrepreneurial role of the nominee and the fundamental criteria of the company are met; specific requirements apply for each category. The full terms and conditions are available on the application platform.

An independent panel of ten judges evaluates all the candidates, selects the finalists and decides on the award winners. The awards will then be presented at a celebratory gala on October 23, 2026 at the Kongresshaus Zürich.

“We want to encourage business personalities across Switzerland to actively sign up for the program. The EY Entrepreneur Of The Year offers a unique platform for creating visibility, reflecting on the impact you have made and recognizing the achievements of the teams behind the companies. At the same time, we promote an open and diverse network centered around people talking to each other on an equal footing. Participation opens up new perspectives and brings entrepreneurial successes to life on a national level,” said Frédéric Tissot, Head of EY Entrepreneur Of The Year Switzerland.
