Marcel gained more than 20 years of experience in Financial Services as consultant, manager and entrepreneur.
He supports banks and (re-)insurance companies in business-driven transformation programs, where he helps them to develop new value propositions, improves business performance or defines new digitally enabled operating models.
He holds a Master’s degree in Business Administration from the University of St. Gallen and is a professional management coach.
With his wife, two daughters and five rabbits Marcel lives near Zurich. He loves spending his free time in nature, be it on the mountain bike or the skis.
