Stefan is a Director at EY Parthenon’s Strategy & Transaction practice in Zurich, Switzerland. He previously worked in various cross-functional leadership positions in industrial manufacturing.
With EY Parthenon, Stefan is leading global projects for both the sell & buy side in the Life Science sector and other industries. In this role, he is accountable for all transaction-related topics such as legal entity setup, transfer of contracts, permits & licenses, day 1 readiness, synergy identification and tracking, project planning and steering.
Stefan has a profound knowledge in supply-chain-related topics with focus on large transformations.
He holds an Executive MBA from Kalaidos University, Zurich, and a degree in Electrical Engineering from HTA, Lucerne.
