In Administrative Order 2022-004, the Puerto Rico Municipal Income Collection Center (CRIM) extended the due date for filing the property tax return from 16 August 2022 to 22 August 2022. The CRIM extended the due date because some taxpayers have had issues with the portal (Portal de Mueble360), making it difficult for those taxpayers to complete their returns.

Implications

Taxpayers should take note of this extended filing date.
