Sweden extends its entry ban and adds new categories of travelers to its exemption list

The Swedish Government recently extended its entry ban on individuals traveling from within the European Union (EU) and European Economic Area (EEA) to 30 November 2021, and on individuals traveling from outside the EU and EEA to 31 January 2022. The Swedish Government also announced that travelers who present COVID-19 vaccination certificates issued in Guernsey, the Isle of Man, Jersey and the United States, proving that they are fully vaccinated against COVID-19, will be exempt from the entry ban and pre-travel COVID-19 test requirements, starting on 5 November 2021.
