UK to launch permanent, digital Right to Work checking process in April 2022

The UK Government announced that it will introduce a new, permanent digital process for conducting Right to Work checks on 6 April 2022. As of that date, UK employers will be able to use Home Office online services or certified Identity Service Providers to conduct digital identity checks for job applicants and confirm their ability to work lawfully in the UK.
