Ivan is the EY Global Private Equity Leader, with over 30 years’ experience in complex private equity (PE) deals. He has guided PE investors in strategy, transactions and advisory matters, leveraging his extensive background to help clients achieve their goals. Ivan also serves as the EY Americas Private Equity Markets Leader. He previously served as the EY Global Private Equity Value Creation Leader.
Passionate about supporting clients across the entire PE enterprise, Ivan collaborates with global PE funds and their investments. He brings a results-oriented approach to navigate the dynamic value creation landscape, identifying opportunities across sectors and the deal lifecycle to reshape and transform organizations.
Ivan received his BS in Accounting from Rutgers University and his MBA in Finance/Entrepreneurial Studies from Columbia Business School. He is a CFA Charterholder, CPA and CIRA and holds his Series 7, 63 and 24 licenses.
