Michail is a Partner within the Assurance Services of EY in Greece.
Since joining EY in 2008, he has been providing assurance services to clients from diverse sectors, including publicly listed and non-listed companies.
He has over 18 years of experience in statutory audits, IFRS audits and conversion projects, special audits, related to mergers and acquisitions, as well as public offerings and bond issuances. His sector focus includes advanced manufacturing, energy, food and beverage, and cement and construction.
Michail is a Certified Public Accountant in Greece and a member of the Institute of Greek Certified Auditors Accountants (SOEL) and the Economic Chamber of Greece (Class A’ Accounting License).
He holds a bachelor’s degree in Economics with a specialization in Applied Finance, and a master’s degree in Applied Accounting and Auditing from the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens. He has also obtained an IFRS Diploma by the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA).
