You've let us know that you want to hear more from EY about a number of topics, including sustainability. With that and the launch of COP26, this edition of Alumni Connect focuses on Sustainability. I am delighted to let you know that EY has achieved our goal of being Carbon Neutral by year-end. The first professional services firm to do so, this achievement puts us in a paramount position to achieve Net Zero status by 2025. EY has made a conscious decision to continue to maintain factors as a result of the pandemic that contributed to reduction in carbon emissions of our people as well as introducing new policies to bolster our carbon off-set even more through our new work and people policy, EY Hybrid.
