EY Ireland advises Cubic Telecom on Investment from Softbank

Following the news today that SoftBank Corp. is investing in Cubic Telecom for a 51% equity stake in the company, at a valuation of over €900 million, EY Ireland’s Corporate Finance team are delighted to have acted as the joint sell side M&A lead advisor to Cubic Telecom.

Fergal McAleavey, EY Ireland Corporate Finance partner Strategy and Transactions, spoke to Barry Napier CEO of Cubic Telecom about the details of this exciting development and what it means for the company, its future and Ireland. 

EY Ireland advised Cubic Telecom on the majority investment by SoftBank Corporation. EY Ireland Corporate Finance Partner Fergal McAleavey says
