Adam is a corporate transactional lawyer with over 20 years of experience working in leading firms in Dublin and London.
He has advised many high-profile international clients, both listed and unlisted, on a broad range of transactions and corporate advisory matters.
Adam is highly experienced with exposure to many diverse fields of corporate law, including M&A, private equity, joint ventures, capital markets, banking and security, commercial litigation, aviation, cleantech, securities law, and real estate.
Before joining EY, Adam was a partner at one of Ireland’s leading corporate law firms. He has also worked at one of London’s Magic Circle law firms. He has a Bachelor of Laws degree from Trinity College Dublin and is a qualified solicitor in Ireland and England & Wales.
