Alan leads EY’s Financial Services Strategy and Transactions business in Ireland. He is also the firm’s global Aviation Finance strategy and transaction leader.

He advises strategic corporates, private equity and debt providers across acquisitions, full and partial divestments, carve-outs and strategic reorganisations to better understand the specific transaction risks and support the achievement of their wider strategic ambition.

Alan has a 20 year track record of successfully executing large complex financial transactions and supporting clients to deliver transformative strategic projects using multi-disciplinary teams in the financial services and aviation sectors.

Alan is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants and holds a  Bachelor of Commerce and Master of Accountancy from University College Dublin.
