Hadi is a Senior Technology Consultant, who has been working on a large-scale energy transformation programme for a major utility client in Ireland for the last 3+ years.

Hadi’s expertise lies in Engineering, Project Delivery and Programme Management and has 6+ years of experience working in Manufacturing, Medical Devices, and Energy sectors. Prior to EY, he worked for one of the leading global MedTech companies in Ireland, and managed key Emergency Medical Services (EMS) client accounts as their Field Operations Engineer during the pandemic in 2020.

Hadi’s interest lies in energy transformation, sustainability, and in exploring how technology, data and people can be leveraged to transition to the future state energy landscape.

Hadi has a Bachelor of Technology in Electronics & Instrumentation Engineering from Crescent University, Chennai, India and MSc (Hons) in Project Management from University of Limerick, Ireland. He is also a certified BCS Business Analysis Professional.

How Hadi is building a better working world

Hadi has been a key member of the transformation programme since its inception in 2021. His primary responsibilities include devising interim and long-term strategies for meeting the ambitious targets set by the policy makers, alongside sourcing the required products and services from various third-party vendors to model the Low Voltage network in Ireland.

Hadi has also been instrumental in delivering various insights and research reports on the energy sector to help the client transition to the target operating model. He has also been the go-to person for planning and regulatory reporting to secure incentives of €3 million each year from the utility regulator for funding the programme.
