John is the Managing Partner of EY’s Cork office and Head of Strategy and Transactions. He leads most of the complex multi-stakeholder and cross-border transactions, in the private and state sectors.
His core capabilities include financial modelling, funding advice, commercial advice, quality assurance, risk assessment, project governance and contract review.
With experience in a full range of corporate finance assignments and projects, John advises on acquisitions and disposals, and buy side and sell side due diligence with small, medium and large companies. He also works extensively with EY clients in the EY Entrepreneur Of The Year™ programme.
John is a Fellow of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants. He graduated in Business Studies from the Cork Institute of Technology.
