Justine leads EY’s Health Advisory team in Ireland. She has been a management consultant for 20 years working exclusively in healthcare. She has an excellent understanding of the Irish healthcare landscape and has in-depth knowledge of the strategic and operational issues facing the sector. Her experience includes operational and capacity planning, cost improvement and performance optimisation, clinical service reconfiguration, clinical engagement, strategy development, organisation design and governance.
She has developed over 20 strategies for health service providers, completed numerous governance and organisation design reviews and service reviews in the north and south of Ireland. Justine has co-authored a book on governance and has been a regular speaker on the subject. She is a highly experienced strategic thinker, who is adept at seeing the bigger picture when dealing with complex transformation programmes, particularly in highly political environments.
