Mairead is the Head of Real Estate at EY Law Ireland. She is acknowledged for her leadership and interpersonal skills.
Mairead provides clients with high level advice while at the same time acting as a commercial sounding board. She is regarded as a trusted advisor.
Mairead’s core practice area is commercial property and she has extensive experience acting for both Irish and foreign clients investing and operating in the Irish commercial property market. Mairead advises clients on all aspects of their projects from inception to completion. She advises landlords and tenants on a full range of complex commercial property matters and has considerable experience in the area of banking and financial services advising lending institutions in connection with their existing loan and security package, all within a real estate focus.
Prior to joining EY, Mairead was a partner in a large UK international law firm. She also worked at the Dublin office of a leading international law firm.
Mairead is dual qualified in Ireland and England & Wales. She is also known for her work in the GCC and is a Legal 500 recognised lawyer.
