As EY EMEIA Financial Services Innovation Leader, Steve focuses on developing and executing an innovation strategy that will make EY EMEIA Financial Services market leaders in this space. He also aims to develop an innovation culture within EY that allows everyone to share, collaborate and innovate.

With over 30 years of professional services experience, he has led a range of strategic and business transformation assignments, primarily in the banking sector. He has broad experience across the financial services sector, including international investment banks, retail banks and investment management, with a specific focus on operational strategy, business transformation, internal controls and performance measurement.

Previously, he was responsible for Financial Services Consulting in EY EMEIA and served as EY Deputy Global Leader for Consulting services.

Steve holds a BA in Accountancy and Law from the University of Strathclyde.
