Recognized for strong innovation, EY Nexus Platform and future-ready vision

EY today announces it has been ranked number one in HFS Research’s Top 10 Insurance Services Report (pdf), recognized for a future-ready vision and deep capabilities across a wide range of consulting services. HFS, a technology analyst firm focused on defining the future of business operations, determined the top 10 by assessing 18 leading insurance services providers based on four factors: innovation, execution, voice of the customer and alignment with the HFS OneOffice model (digital transformation vision).

EY ranked first in the innovation category, largely due to the organization’s strong strategy and vision, insurance technology innovation, and co-innovation and collaboration strengths. In the ranking, HFS also recognized EY for its capabilities mix and EY Nexus Platform, which is a business transformation platform optimized for financial services. The platform is a core strength for its thoughtfully curated ecosystem of leading technology partners with pre-configured products and pre-integrated services that helps clients develop future-ready insurance products that create new efficiencies and drive positive customer experience.

Isabelle Santenac, EY Global Insurance Leader, says:

“I am very pleased to see EY recognized in the 2022 HFS report as the number one insurance consulting services provider. The innovative work in developing EY Nexus is a testament to a continued investment in technology transformation across insurance.”

In addition to EY Nexus, the report highlighted EY NextGen Underwriting, Claims, and Portal Framework, as well as the Finance, Risk and Actuarial Change (FRAC) Transformation tool, which helps clients achieve many of their business objectives.

Reetika Fleming, Research Leader, HFSX, says:

“EY is a visionary service provider in the insurance industry, as our Top 10 study outlines. Through a combination of technology assets (EY Nexus and EY NextGen Underwriting), domain expertise (especially actuarial), and out-of-the-box thinking, EY is helping insurance carriers develop ecosystems to better serve customers.”
