This role requires you to:

  • Identify as Māori
  • Be currently in the final year of your degree program, or
  • If you have graduated, it should be no more than 24 months since you completed your studies at the time of your application
  • Hold New Zealand or Australian citizenship or be a New Zealand permanent resident. If you’re an international student, visit https://ey.com/nz/careers/apply to view our International Student criteria to determine eligibility before applying

  • All candidates are required to submit an online application attaching their passport (or alternative photo ID), CV and academic transcript.
  • Once we review your application and assessment results, you may be invited into an interview or Recruitment Day.

Please keep in mind that our student programme recruitment is thorough, and it may take up to six weeks to receive an update on your application.

Applications close on 30 March 2026; however, we encourage you to apply early, as we review applications on a rolling basis and roles may close once filled. Please submit only one application.
