Laura Meadwell

Laura is a Partner and EY Switzerland’s Sustainability Assurance practice leader, spearheading the firm’s efforts in sustainability reporting and assurance. Laura provides sustainability reporting services to some of the EY’s largest clients.  Her role encompasses the oversight of sustainability assurance and regulatory advisory projects that underpin the credibility of sustainability disclosures for multinational corporations.

She is also a vital member of EY’s regulatory working groups, including CSRD and ISSB, where she contributes her expertise to enhance sustainability reporting standards and leads Switzerland’s Sustainability Reporting desk.

Prior to her current role, Laura was a Partner in EY’s audit practice, with a focus on consumer products, pharmaceuticals, diversified manufacturing, and energy sectors.

Laura is a Canadian Chartered Professional Accountant (CPA) and she has a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from Wilfrid Laurier University.
