Daniel Gentsch has over 25 years of experience in advising companies on international corporate tax law. He was responsible for tax-related support and implementation of some of the largest international reorganizations, takeovers and mergers.
Over the last few years, Daniel Gentsch has been supporting multinational companies in the impact analysis of the BEPS initiative and other international and national legislative initiatives. He also advises on the tax implications of implementing new business models.
