He has worked as Group Head of HR for two major Financial Services companies in the Insurance and Private Banking sector and as Group Head of Talent Management for a Big 5 Pharma company, a major global Swiss Bank and a market leading consumer goods company.
Christoph in an author of a number of articles and books on HR Strategy, Leadership, Talent Management, HR IT and Culture and lecturer for International Talent Management at a major Business School. Experience as member of the Board of Directors is an additional asset he offers.
