EY Australia prepares and publishes annual Modern Slavery Statements in accordance with the requirements of Australia’s Modern Slavery Act 2018.

EY continues to take active measures to enhance our modern slavery framework, in support of the wider goal of eradicating modern slavery and other forms of labour exploitation, both in Australia and on a global level. Whilst we acknowledge that issues relating to modern slavery persist around the world, we are confident that our modern slavery program, first established in our inaugural reporting period in Financial Year 2020, lays a solid foundation from which we can evolve and develop our framework further.

Each Modern Slavery Statement will describe the risks of modern slavery practices in the operations and supply chains of EY Australia, for the respective reporting period, as well as the actions taken to assess and address those risks. The Statements also highlight future goals for our modern slavery framework, which will be reported on in following years.
