EY Australia prepares and publishes annual Modern Slavery Statements in accordance with the requirements of Australia’s Modern Slavery Act 2018.

We recognise that modern slavery exists in our supply chain, and we are committed to continually improving our efforts to support of a world free of modern slavery and where all its citizens can live free from fear, harassment, and discrimination. The mission to uphold human rights must be a constant one, particularly as new technologies continue to change the workplace and test the efficacy of traditional guardrails. We must and will work harder to create a trusting and transparent environment where people thrive, and problems are solved.

Each Modern Slavery Statement will describe the risks of modern slavery practices in the operations and supply chains of EY Australia, for the respective reporting period, as well as the actions taken to assess and address those risks. The statements also highlight future goals for our modern slavery framework, which will be reported on in following years.
