Alex Worner is a senior corporate lawyer and Partner with EY. Specialising in international M&A and Private Equity Investment Transactions, Alex has significant cross border transactions experience across the globe.
Having worked for many years in both London and Sydney, Alex has extensive experience in private equity, merger & aquisitions, corporate restructuring, public market transactions including the listing of companies on public markets and takeover transactions, the structuring and raising of capital for investment funds, as well as general corporate legal advice.
He holds a Master of Laws (Corporate and Commercial), a Bachelor of Laws (Hons), and has been admitted to the Supreme Court of New South Wales, as well as being an accredited solicitor of England and Wales.
