Adeline Cheng is Leader of EY’s Regulatory Compliance and Resilience practice.

A member of EY’s Global regulatory executive leadership team, Adeline brings more than two decades of financial services and compliance experience with some of Canada’s biggest banks. Working closely with compliance and risk leadership teams and boards, she helps businesses transform by developing robust approaches that allow them to efficiently manage risk and stay ahead of regulatory obligations.

With experience ranging from regulatory and enterprise risk management to developing strategy and managing transformational change, Adeline excels at developing risk services that create value, preserve trust and promote long-term sustainable growth.

She has an MBA from Ivey School of Business (Western University). Adeline is Osgoode Hall faculty and has sat on corporate and nonprofit boards, actively stewarding strategic growth plans for Canadian businesses.
